Create the Perfect Cheese Plate!

This month we are featuring this perfectly put together cheese plate how-to-guide our friend Tristin Rieken, owner and writer of ONE armed MAMA , created for any special occasion!

A cheese plate requires the perfect combination of flavors, fruits, nuts, and of course a balanced mix of semi-fresh and aged cheeses to wow your guest.

Using Tristin's simple guide we have made some recommendations using only Washington locally made artisan cheeses!
